In an historic reunion at the Beacon Theater, Eric Clapton joined the Allman Brothers Band for a spirited performance (most of the second set). Though a bit tentative during the first numbers, Eric nonetheless played an inventive solo during the Allman Brothers' epic, Dreams. Derek & the Dominos classics Little Wing and Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad were highlights of the set in terms of Eric's playing. Susan Tedeschi joined the band for a welcome surpise: Anyday.
